The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to the city center and the major attractions. I didn't have to worry about transportation at all since everything was within walking distance. the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, making my stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.

The hotel itself was fine, just as pictured. We were impressed with the great staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The gym and pool facilities were great, and we enjoyed using them. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. we would highly recommend staying at Mai House.
The only minor issue we encountered was a slight language barrier with a few of the waitstaff, but this is to be expected when traveling. the bathroom could benefit from having more hooks or towel bars to hang wet towels.

The location of the hotel is great, slightly away from the busy streets of district 1, but very close to the major attractions. The staff are polite and attentive, providing a warm and friendly service throughout the stay. The breakfast offered is good and there are excellent lunch and dinner menus. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable mattresses ensuring a good night's sleep.
Some staff members were not helpful or particularly polite, especially at the reception and in the bars.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaning was done twice a day, the spa had a relaxing environment, and the 24-hour gym was convenient.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel provided free drinks in the mini-bar and the rooms were spotlessly clean. the restaurant dinner food was excellent and reasonably priced. The location was convenient, with the main shopping strip and key attractions within walking distance.

the exclusive amenities provided exceeded our expectations. the service at the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with professional masseuses providing great full body massages. the outdoor swimming pool was delightful and offered sun loungers and beach umbrellas for a relaxing experience. the poolside snack bar was a plus offering delicious refreshments. the location was perfect, conveniently close to the traditional food market, Post office, and Cathedral.
The only minor issue we had was with the live entertainment.

New, central location. Excellent 5 star attributes. Superb breakfast choices. Attentive, professional, friendly staff. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Comfy bed, crisp sheets. Nice pool, towels provided. Fabulous buffet. Beautifully-designed, well-stacked kitchen. Super value for money.
